IRC Client Library 0.2.6 released!

Version 0.2.6 of the Kitteh IRC Client Library has been released.

Changes

• Added makeRainbow methods to StringUtil.
• Added Client#sendRawLineAvoidingDuplication(String).
  • Queues a message for sending unless an identical message is still queued.
• Fixed an internal exception or two.
• Code now utilizes JSR-305 annotations.
  • Should help with detecting issues before they happen.
