IRC Client Library 0.3.8 released!

Version 0.3.8 of the Kitteh IRC Client Library has been released.

This is a bugfix release.

Changes

• Stopped exceptions thrown when AWAY status is updated prior to WHO information arriving.
• Fixed changes to ServerInfo for ISUPPORT update in previous release.
  • Multiple features broken by this change.
    • This is why more unit testing is a goal prior to 1.0.0 release.
